@JBs Conference and Meeting Centre is a unique venue situated on the Sunshine Coast. It has been recently renovated to accommodate groups of up to 15 participants, to work together in a private and tranquil rainforest setting, where the only noise is the chatter of the birds and the trickle of water.
This relaxed environment enables participants to shift gears from their hectic work environment to one that enables them to focus clearly and creatively on the task at hand.
It is not a typical conference venue based in a hotel like environment. It’s a total disconnect from the world of business and provides participants with a different and unique experience combining nature with modern technology.
Each participant has his or her own lounge chair and table. The venue of course can be set up in the style requested by the client.
It is ideal for boards members, executive and management teams – ideal for executive meetings, brainstorming sessions, team building, training and mini conferences. If you are a company on the Sunshine Coast or you are wanting to take your team to a unique retreat, I would love to hear from you.
Does the venue have accommodation?
The venue does not have accommodation. However the venue is on the doorstep of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Can you imagine finishing your conference and then taking a short drive to Noosa having a clear demarcation line between working and relaxing?
As you can imagine accommodation in the Noosa area is plentiful and varied. We can if necessary assist with arrangements to ensure the experience is seamless.
Depending on the conference dates, participants can co-ordinate a weekend away and experience the treats of the area, including the famous Eumundi Markets opened, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Where is the venue located?
@JBs Conference and Meeting Centre is located between Eumundi and Noosa. It is ten minutes from Noosa by car. It is 25 minutes from Maroochydore Airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane.

What dining is available?
Delicious food and beverages are provided based on the dietary requirements of participants. This includes a little something on arrival, yummy morning and afternoon teas and a gourmet working lunch. Canapés can also be provided after the conference.
For teambuilding purposes a chef may be available to provide an interactive lunch on request.
Meals can be provided in a number of settings, overlooking the dam, nestled near the creek or in the rainforest.
What transport is available?
Transport can be co-ordinated to pick up clients from the airport and take them to accommodation of their choice
If you are arriving by car there is ample car parking facilities available.
Hire cars can be rented from both airports.
If you want to be transported by mini bus this facility can be arranged.
Taxi’s are also available as well as U-Drive
What equipment is provided?

- Computer connections.

- Flip charts/pens/stationery.
Although a computer is provided, it is easier to bring your own computer.
What do you need to bring?
As the venue is located on a 12-hectare rural property and it is advisable to bring:
A hat and a jacket as the weather may be variable.
For OHS requirements, flat closed in shoes are requested
Can facilitation services be provided?
The owner of the property is a skilled facilitator who currently runs her own business in Executive Coaching, Mentoring and facilitation. Jenny also has a separate executive coaching facility on the property.
