Jenny has established a successful organisational development consulting business. It  specialises in helping individuals and organisations managing the issues and opportunities around the future of work. Jenny’s practice includes executive coaching strategic facilitation and presenter.

Jenny works with executives, organisations and communities to assist them raise awareness and develop strategies on managing their workforce through major technological disruption. Industries Jenny has worked with include manufacturing, banking, HR recruitment, insurance, energy and not for profit

Her knowledge is both practical and academic. Jenny has been an influential HR Executive, working across several industry sectors throughout her career. They include Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance Service and IT.  During this time Jenny has developed specific expertise in leadership development and managing people through change, specifically technological change. 

Jenny has completed a number of courses at MIT Boston and Australian universities and has recently completed an in house residential course at Kellogg University in Chicago on Leading into the Future: Managing in a Changing World.

Jenny is a sort after presenter having presented on several radio programs including Big ideas, Life matters and local and state radio stations. Jenny has facilitated leadership conferences, business meetings, participated in expert panels, is an  invited guest lecturer at MBA programs and has been published in national newspapers.
